How I work.
Someone tells me about a problem. Operations with sensitive data. Field processes that need automation. Research data that no one can make sense of. I ask questions until I understand the constraints. Then I build something. This has been my pattern across client work and product builds. I manage the scope, write the code, talk to the users, ship it. I am looking for remote teams where this kind of work is the expectation.
I have built for domains where I was not the expert and learned what I needed.
I have managed interns, taken client calls, and shipped products before the requirements stopped changing.
I do my best work in small teams where everyone has agency directed towards the greater goal of the company.
